Jill WalshJill Walsh  Joining the firm in 2016, following four years of practice in employment law, workers’ compensation and general liability litigation, Jill focuses on representing individuals in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour issues, employee benefits, reductions in force and wrongful discharge. Jill also counsels employers on workplace investigations, employment decisions, policy development, and training and has also served as local counsel to firms in a variety of employment matters.


 Kim thumbnailKim Hagerich is a paralegal of Hardwick Benfer, LLC. Kim graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in Finance. She started her career by working as a Branch Manager for Nations Bank in Atlanta, GA, and then worked in Financial Aid Offices at Auburn University and Bentley University where she was an Associate Director of Financial Aid.

She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. In a previous career she was a small business owner and an award-winning pastry chef.
